REVIEWS MAILBUTLER SOFTWARE
I have tried so many software solutions to help me organize my communications, tasks and notes and I have found that, at least for now, this actually works for me. I'm upgrading to include the contacts feature now because I see how I can save more time by letting Mail Butler organize and track my email activity. Thank you for saving me from embarrassing email mistakes like not including a CC and forgetting to attach a file. A couple of features that I didn't think I'd use were the "undo send" and the attachments reminder. This is not CRM, but it is really excellent contact management which should be part of every CRM, but is sadly lacking in many CRM solutions. Email is, unfortunately, the main method of communication with clients and Mail Butler helps me organize the chaos without getting in the way. Unlike Mail plugins I’ve used in the past, MailButler doesn’t feel like a Frankenstein’s monster of pieces and parts haphazardly bolted onto the host software. I can keep notes in Mail Butler about each email and followup dates are very useful to me. The other integrations are undoubtedly valuable if you use one of those other apps like Evernote, Trello or Slack. This alone has saved me hours by not having to search through my mailbox for a specific email. With the kanban view in Todoist, I can link the emails for cross-reference. The Mailbutler mobile app is free, but you need to have the desktop version of Mailbutler to be able to use it.Mail Butler links my emails via tasks to Todoist – huge. “The ability to add notes and tasks directly in my email client is very helpful and I’ve never seen another program that offers this feature in such an integrated way.” Jeff Sanders, Productivity Coach

I know of one other lawyer in the Macs in Law Offices Google Group who has complained about minute-long delays when sending messages. I’ve gotten a few Bad Gateway errors over the last several weeks, and the overall experience of navigating around my account settings feels slow. “With Email Tracking I can focus my energy on serving clients instead of chasing emails.” Charlene Brown, Owner of Bklyn Custom Designs Mailbutler’s servers are slow and at times unreliable. “Mailbutler’s support feels personal and it’s what sets them apart from so many other companies.” Craig Bowman, President of Common Ground Consulting It’s revolutionized my inbox.” Hollie Barac, Accountability and Productivity Partner “Without a doubt, I recommend Mailbutler.
